Only a few steps away you can find metro station and tram stops as well as restaurants, cafés and shops.

Helles Maisonette-Loft im Grindel

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

The smallest and most affordable room which happens to be the cosiest is lined with recycled wood making guests want to snuggle in the double sized bed right away. The bed is on a podium allowing space underneath for luggage storage. The room is basically divided in half with a glass sliding door, one part being the room and the other the bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the only room in the back of the building which adds to its comfort and quiet atmosphere.

Die Salon Zimmer sind mit Doppelbetten oder einer durchgehenden Matratze mit einer Gesamtbreite von 180-200 cm ausgestattet. Alle Salonzimmer sind zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet und somit ruhig gelegen. Diese Zimmer sind ideal für Familien und Paare, die besonderen Komfort wünschen.
