The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Teupitzer See, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house is newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior has been brightly and contemporary adapted to the apartment by the lake. A king-size box spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg's nature comfortably. Guests can also enjoy delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
