They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
