Great host, lovely place, nice quiet neighborhood. Tarpon Springs is a great place to visit with super good possibilities. We will certainly stay at Maria's place again when we are in the area.

Daniel and Katherine place was perfect for holding my husband, sons, and brother (for one of the nights). It’s spacious and comfortable. The linens were very nice. The screened in porch was lovely to sit on in the evening. We saw night herons, wood storks and white herons while there. To top it off, it’s close to Tarpon Springs and some great waterfront restaurants.

stay was fantastic. only things I would have a (complaint) about would be there is nothing to hold onto while getting in the pool and the master bedroom has 1 outlet per side due to no ceiling lights. otherwise absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

Our visit was wonderful. We had a great time! The place was perfect for us and we took advantage of all that was offered. Plenty of towels, air conditioning was good, clean, plenty of room and we didn't have to do anything for checkout. Only thing was we had to buy measuring cups, spoons and a mixing bowl, of which we left for others to use. I will keep this place in mind in the future. A nice place for a family vacation!

We visited for my son's graduation. The house accommodated us very well. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The pool, grill, and fire pit was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in Angela and Trevor's home. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sunroom and pool, which has a refreshing waterfall. We also appreciated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was.

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.

We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. Dave and Rita, thank you for the wounderful touch of receiving us with fresh flowers and snacks. The home is furnished to comfort, beds are very comfortable, and the amenities the home has a wou.derful. This home is a great space to gather with family and friends. Hot tub was amazing for us to relax after a long day at the beach. Having access to grill and the seating area was great. We also had the opportunity to enjoy a visit from the dolphins. Definitely, would recommend this property and will be back for future visits.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few days. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very peaceful and relaxing time hanging out here. Would not hesitate to book again only next time would like to book a fishing trip on the Reel Anomaly docked out back. Just book it and enjoy.

Very nice, feel like Home.

I loved this tiny home. It was just like the pictures. Very cozy and had all the amenities I needed. Easy to access and close to plenty of restaurants and stores off the highway. Beach was only 25 minutes a way which was great. Host was amazing and very accommodating. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

Moriah’s place was the best accommodation for my family and I. We stayed here for my wedding weekend, and it was the perfect distance from the venue. Everything was clean, it was easy to check in/check out, and is equipped with everything needed for any length stay. I 100% would recommend and would stay here again :) Thank you again Moriah!

Mike and Lisa were great hosts. The house was very clean and communication with them was very easy. When we arrived they were just a call away if we needed them for anything. This was a long term rental for us (2 months) as we moved from NY to FL. They worked with us on when are last day would be as we were purchasing a house. They made the experience for us very easy during a major transition on our lives. Thank you Mike and Lisa!!

Christian's mom met us at the door and gave us a tour of the place. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. Very quiet backyard and peaceful surrounding on the dock.
