Apartment holiday rentals in Elis

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed it very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Everything as described, Fotis and his wife proved to be super helpful and welcoming. They gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit, beaches, restaurants and activities. Everything was perfect!!

It was an amazing stay to say the least!The host is a very welcoming and kind person. The communication was great from the moment we booked the apartment till the checkout. The house was very clean and tidy, it felt like home right away. Bedsheets, kitchen, bathroom were all very clean and spotless. The place is very close to Solomos square so restaurants and shops are in a walkable distance. The beach is within a 5 minute walk as well. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and the description for the amenities and services is accurate. Overall it was a great stay, we would choose the apartment again on our next visit !

The accommodation was spacious and we felt good in it. Location was convenient, we had everything we needed on hand. Bonus was the restaurant just opposite. The communication with Spyros was very good, he always gave us advice.

Rania’s apartment was in a great location! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and was in the heart of Tsilivi with markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Rania was very friendly and accommodating!

The appartement is very nice , it's beautiful, it's located in the main street for shops. there are restaurants around. We were there in May and there was no noise in the evening/night. as people write : the shower is in the toilets but once you know it works fine there is no issue, just swap the floor when everyone has finished :) The hot water works fine. There is a small balcony where you can have a drink and also put your wet items used on the beach. Moreover Dyonisa is very nice, she answered nicely all my questions.

It was a nice stay and the host was very friendly and responded almost immediately to everything.

This is a great place to spend a few nights. We could've stayed there at least a week. We were excited to stay there considering we wanted to use our car less and walk in town (parking can be hard). Everyday we found a lot of parking spaces close to the appartment around 5pm (we were there in may, maybe different in prime summer). We could walk to town, every cafe, restaurant we wanted. It is one of the closest appartement to the "big boat" port for sure and a 20 min walk to the "main port". A/c was great, bathroom was very confortable and the underlights used throughout the place were great at night. Some things to note for: - A lot of stairs in order to go up to the appartement, not an issue for us - A lot of cats in the area so make sure you close the complex's door behind you - A great little market / corner store right downstairs, useful for drinks / beer / snacks - Some people noted the place as noisy but it was never during our stay. Maybe a few boat horns as they departure.

The host was communicative and helped us with our arrival. The place was very clean and just like the photos. Very close to the city of Kalavryta and at the same time in a place with quiet and beautiful views! Cozy parking!

Great apartment, very clean, beautiful view, great restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. At first, the towels were missing, but Panagiotis responded immediately and 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time on this wonderful island!

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!

Gianni’s place is well worth the stay, you have everything you need if you prefer an apartment instead of hotel, we found the place very clean and smelling very nice. We have a 1 year and 4 months old girl and she felt right at home when we arrived (sorry if we left any damage, we did our best to keep her away from everything breakable). The place is right by the city center with plenty restaurants and shops around. Giannis and especially his mother are the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met through Airbnb! Thank you for everything! One problem is the parking, you can park free anywhere on the street but there is the risk of finding the car with scratches as the island has small streets and the traffic is heavy.

The host was very communicative and friendly. The place had everything necessary for a two-day stay. Very clean room with a beautiful view. The neighborhood was relatively close to the center, but due to the uphill road, a car is necessary.

We can only recommend! This apartment is a great value for monay and Spyros is a wonderful, friendly and helpful host. Thanks to him was our stay much more comfortable.

Great stay at Stephanies Apartment. Close to lots of amenities and bus station for travelling around the island. Thank you for a great stay!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Matched the description and photos perfectly, everything was so clean, the shower was lovely and warm with good pressure. Pool was clean and a lovely addition. The place was right by the sea, you could see it from the balcony, it was so nice to be able to pop out and be in the sea in less than two minutes. We felt so at home here, all our needs were catered to, we were able to check in early and also leave our bags there all day after we had checked out. We’re both so sad to be leaving but will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zante, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay. The room was impeccably clean and the interior design was thoughtfully done, showing great attention to detail. The outdoor swimming pool was a stunning feature that added to the overall charm of the place. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their enthusiasm and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent a perfect holiday here, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Could not recommend more highly if you value quiet and peace, with easy access to all beaches and life in Zakynthos. There are other apartments sharing the pool but we often had it to ourselves. It's a gorgeous setting surrounded by olive trees and a view of the nearby sea, good air-con, very comfortable beds and very clean - we had no mosquito issues, good to have netting on windows and door to balcony as we liked to wait until we really needed aircon by leaving windows open and listening to the crickets and the wart hogs ? And the strains of music and the birds..... just bliss. You can walk into Zakynthos but best to get a car rental as taxis back can be a long wait, as we found out one evening ! We were lucky as the hosts were on site while we were there and Sonia and Dionissios were so generous in taking the time to make sure we had a fabulous holiday. This is one to repeat.

The communication was great, the flat was tidy and clean, the next supermarket was very close and Zakynthos town with restaurants, bars and shops was only a 15 minute walk away. We always felt safe during our stay and very welcomed! The only thing you need to know is there are a couple of dogs living in the near neighbourhood that like to bark every evening and night but that is not necessarily something that the owners can change. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time. The view is stunning, the staff is very friendly & helpful, our apartment was clean and had everything we need, we also loved the pool. The restaurant was also very nice (delicious breakfast & dinner).

We had an incredible stay! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. They even met us at the airport to escort us to the house and get us checked in. We were on our honeymoon and the hosts went out of their way to surprise us with a heart shaped dessert upon our arrival. It was so thoughtful! The family lives upstairs but the basement suite is very private. We felt safe and it was a fabulous location walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.
