Situated on Langford Lake in the West Shore, the house is 20 mins from Butchart Gardens and Victoria's inner harbour. There is a beautiful 2.5 km trail around the lake that takes you to public beaches and a boat launch. Shopping is minutes away, yet we are surrounded by evergreens with an outstanding view from the large decks overlooking the lake.

With southern full sun exposure. The home has two basement suites with the caretaker living in one of them. The yard and common areas will only be accessed for maintenance. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.
