You'll love our cabin in the woods! Once a historic mercantile, the Wissahickon Cabin has been transformed into a cozy cabin for 2 - 4 guests. The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Upon arriving, you will feel a sense of calmness and seclusion. Relax to the sounds of the falls and the birds singing. Wander the gardens and play in the spring fed lake. Read a book in the hammock or simply stare at the reflection on the calm lake. We offer a canoe, rowboat, 2 kayaks, and S.U.P for exploring as well as a grill and fire pit area.

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. It is solar powered and has a gas fireplace. It comes equipped with a full size mattress in loft and a full size futon. No linens/pillows are provided, so be sure to pack your own.
