Comfortable family home, all modern conveniences, rear garden. Near O2. Detailed directions from major transport hubs (rail and air) please see the arrival guide for visitors. 3 cats in residence, all friendly. We have an Old English Sheepdog, big, noisy and bouncy, very friendly. House is warm in winter, cool in summer. Guests asked politely to be mindful of current pressure on energy, costs and supply, and be considerate in their usage of shower etc. Toiletries not supplied. Towels are.

Choice of 3 trains stations into Central London-25 mins ( Chislehurst/ New Eltham/ Mottingham) .Fully working log burner & central heating. Situated 100 yards from Chislehurst High Street with great local amenities of cafes/ pubs/ restaurants. 15 mins walk from the famous touist attraction of Chislehurst Caves. 15 mins walk from a National Trust park ( Hawkswood Estate) and Nature Reserve ( Scadbury Park) Pets welcome :-)

Modern guest house suitable for everyone, built at the end of a garden. Giving guests all the privacy they desire. Entrance is available from the side of the property as well as access from the back of the guest house. The park is very close by, allowing for a quick escape to the peaceful outdoors. We had an incredible stay at Marcus and Norm's place! The house was impeccably clean and had all the listed amenities, just as described. Marcus and Norm are the best hosts—so friendly and thoughtful. They even helped us carry our belongings both when we arrived and when we left, making us feel truly at home. We stayed for a week before moving into our own home, and it was the perfect place for us during that time. I had to work remotely, and I couldn't have asked for a better setup. The serene environment and the huge workstation in the room were perfect for productivity. The little touches made our stay even more special—they provided biscuits, coffee, and tea in the room, which was such a lovely gesture. And the view—absolutely spectacular! Watching the sunset from the room was a daily highlight and added so much to our experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay with incredible hosts. Thank you, Marcus and Norm :)

I had a wonderful stay at Mahmood's place. Mahmood a great host very friendly and responsive, made me fill comfortable in his home. The house was clean and bed very comfortable. Bedroom is just like in the picture. Will definitely recommend and return if I have to book again.
