It has pedestrian access to the beach, where to the north you will find the Rio Elqui wetland and to the south the emblematic La Serena Lighthouse, ideal for horseback riding by the sea. Our guest suite, ideal for singles or couples, is independent from our house and has a private entrance. The guest suite has a modern exterior and a comfortable interior. Our house is located on an old family farm near the beach (1.5 blocks to the beach). Our location is close to several beachside restaurants and bars. The little kitchen has a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and frigobar (small fridge) but does not have a cooktop. No es apropiada para niños menores de 7 años.

Remodeled in July 2023. Beautiful. From the living room to the beach in 5 minutes! Unbeatable view on a wonderful beach, super cozy, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + large terrace in Club Playa Blanca, 15 min. from Tongoy. There is no internet connection in the apartment but the complex has a Wi-Fi point, swimming pools, restaurant and mini market. Paddle court for an additional cost. Excellent starting point for coastal walks. Pets are not allowed.

La casa esta construida sobre una roca y esta distribuida de tal forma que sus espacios están armonizados para disfrutar del mar y el desierto.

Lindo y comodo departamento de 1 dormitorio ubicado en plena Avenida del Mar, en un 5to piso frente al mar, se encuentra a solo 7 minutos caminando del casino y en su entorno cercano hay cafés, pubs, restaurant y minimarket. Nos preocupamos de cada detalle de su decoración, como también que cuente con buenos colchones y estamos mes a mes renovando el lugar. Cuenta con estacionamiento cubierto y wifi.
