We offer without a doubt the BEST location to spend a pleasant trip in La Serena. Just 1 kilometer from the Lighthouse and close on foot to the beach, the historic center of town(center), bus terminal, supermarkets and mall. The accommodation includes sheets, towels and a washing machine for your complete comfort. It also has Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool, a terrace, green areas, private parking and 24/7 concierge. All of the above, in a modern construction of the year 2023.

Apartment with a view and access to La Herradura beach

Apartment on the 9th floor equipped for 4 people, with direct access door to one of the most beautiful beaches in Chile, "La Herradura" and calm waters. In addition, the city of La Serena is 10 km away, and you can enjoy the Elqui Valley 70 km away. The pool is usually open between Christmas and February. (Closed on Mondays for maintenance) During the rest of the year, it is generally closed. I suggest my guests like the beach more than just the pool.

We take care of every detail so that you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in a nice and pleasant place.
