This home is located in the NPort historic district, a short 1-2 block walk to Billy’s, City Cafe, Mark’s Mart, and the selfie-famous Roll Tide Bridge & 2.5 mi. to UA campus & .5 mi. to Kentuck. The back yard is ready for you. There are 2 separate spaces to watch TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking meals. This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please be courteous to our fabulous neighbors. No parties! Must be quiet no later than 9:00 pm. We would love to host you.

Perfect place for your stay. Enjoy a well furnished 3 bed 2 bath. Perfect for 1-6 guests. This is a safe and perfectly located quiet neighborhood with an easy 6- 10minute drive to the heart of campus, downtown, Northport and the ampitheater. Aldi Grocery, Spirits Wine Cellar and Tuscaloosa’s best BBQ are all in a 5 minute drive! Convenient to paved walking trails on the river. We also have a small fishing small lake.
