Bed 2 meters high (attic style) and sofa bed that can be prepared with prior notice. Located in a quiet fishing neighborhood (Raval-Roig) and 5 minutes from downtown. Original 1920s house that retains its charm, but with all amenities. It is a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator. Please keep this in mind.

The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating. It is equipped with towels, washing machine, bed linen and dishes. Netflix/WLAN provides for the evening program. Balcony with sea view. Beach is only 3 minutes walking distance away. Private parking place.
