Holiday rentals with a patio in Elsternwick

We were in Melbourne for a sports event in St Kilda. This was in perfect location, walking distance from really nice places to eat and drink, as well as the St Kilda beach. Really nicely presented place. Enjoyed our stay.

Deb's apartment is very comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location for enjoying Melbourne, with easy access to public transport. Good communication from host also.

All was very good. Michelle and Peter were friendly, approachable and helpful. All was as described. Clean, neat and bright apartment. The trams were not quiet but did not bother us.

Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment and pretty easy to get in - not too complicated. Apartment itself was very spacious with nice balcony.

We loved our stay. The apartment is pristine with beautiful views. Everything is thought of in the kitchen (milk coffee tea cooking oils and even coffee and wine - we were spoilt)

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

We had a few issues with our bookings in term of schedule, it was a breeze to get it rectified toward our desired timing… booked for the whole month

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

We stayed at Kerin’s beautiful home for a multi generational family celebration and it was superb!! The house has everything you need for multiple guests - beds were all comfortable, linen was gorgeous, heaps of glassware, crockery & platters etc. We loved the massive antique dining table, lamps everywhere for a dreamy cosy vibe, and two different lounge areas plus a great outdoor area meant we never felt crowded despite our numbers. The parking permits were so helpful for us as were the miki cards for public transport. Our host Kerin was kind, accommodative and very thoughtful. Location was also amazing for city, St Kilda, Chapel St, MCG and an easy drive to airport. We would highly recommend Kerin and this home for any trip to Melbourne - you will be made to feel so welcome at every turn.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. We loved our stay here and will definitely come again. Thank you Dianna and Bob!!! Your hospitality was greatly appreciated!!!

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
