Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Elsternwick

Thankyou for an amazing stay! Location was perfect right near the shops and station. The apartment was lovely and super cosy, but worth noting the kitchen is a little small and hard to cook in. Even though I could hear the train, it didn't bother me at all. Will definitely be back!

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. This place was a perfect stay for two people. Walking distance to shops, cafes and chapel street. This place had all amenities we needed, and Susan was quick to message back if I had any questions. Would happily stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

What an incredible location and house for our wedding weekend. Ted and Min were lovely to communicate with and helpful whenever we needed them. Gorgeous property!

We spent Christmas at Castelnau and absolutely loved it. A superb location. Walking distance to public transport, shops, cafes, a cinema and a very good bookstore. And a short drive to the beach. The house itself is peaceful and quiet and once you walk through the front gate you are in a different world. Plenty of room inside, lovely lounge room and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended and we would stay again.

The photos don’t do this location justice; it’s even bigger and prettier than it appears. My friends and I had an absolute delight staying here at Sanaz’s home for the weekend. From the thoughtfulness of bins in every room, to plenty of towels and amenities, to the lovely cookies left for us, everything felt well considered and above and beyond what’s normally experienced at an Airbnb. Would highly recommend coming here for a cosy get together with family and friends. Thank you for having us.

The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
