There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. It was a beautiful place with park like surroundings. Nice place to stroll around the accommodations. I am from Iowa originally and this was a picturesque Iowan place to stay. Multiple rooms to enjoy a comfortable seat while having late night family conversations as well as morning coffee as we watched the birds outside. A beautiful deer greeted us as we initially walked around the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute, beautifully appointed and quiet. Most importantly it was super clean! The beds are comfortable and we were appreciative of the nice linens and towels. Kenneth and Cathy were easy to communicate with and so pleasant to work with. Check in and out was easy. The location is perfect, easy to get to everything. We hope that we are able to stay here again when we visit Cedar Rapids!
