Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phonebox 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside, walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and bird viewing hides overlooking the lakes.

Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Our beautiful 18th-century cottage sits in the heart of Olney, just minutes from great walks, eateries, independent shops and a regular market. Milton Keynes is only 15 minutes away, with plenty of local places to visit. There is one double bedroom, a shower room, a dressing area, a kitchen and a lounge. There is a patio garden at the front of the cottage, with a table and 2 chairs.
