Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Wir heißen Sie in unserer ruhigen, liebevoll eingerichteten Souterrain-Einliegerwohnung mit Fußbodenheizung herzlich willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung mit ca. 40qm und separatem Eingang ist modern und gemütlich und verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Der Ortskern von Warthausen liegt ca. 1km entfernt, wo Sie auch einen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker mit Kaffee, eine Pizzeria und ein kultiges Restaurant befindet. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken kostenlos im Hof.

Start your excursions on the Swabian Alb from here. The heart of the biosphere area is the former military training area, just a 10-minute walk to the entrance (car-free). The cultural landscape can be explored by bike or inline skates, but you can also reach many destinations on foot. Fancy an old film in the former cinema? Food and drink are also provided. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Our newly renovated 2-room apartment (55 m²) on the 3rd floor with elevator is a real highlight with convenient check-in and within walking distance to downtown. You can look forward to a modern living and dining room with 65-inch LG smart TV and a balcony with lounge and dining area. The great kitchen is well equipped, the new bathroom is very pretty with windows. In the bedroom you will find a fully equipped office workstation. Free parking is close by.

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.
