Monthly Rentals in Emigration Canyon

Location, location, location! This location is absolutely gorgeous. We’re high up in the avenues with the valley stretching out beneath us. The apartment has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable, thank you for making our visit perfect.

Lee was a great host during our 5 week stay in Salt Lake! The location was close to downtown Salt Lake but tucked back enough to be quiet in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Right on trax line so super convenient! If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Busy street but awesome for go go go people like us! Stairs to bedrooms are super steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Only 1 small bathroom but it worked for our group of 3. Not much privacy for bedrooms as they are all jammed together up stairs. No bathroom up there so plan your potty breaks. Listen…it was a good size home in a great location with parking and a good price. 5 stars because it had everything we needed and wanted but please know these things before you book and you “expected” something else.

Amazing hidden gem in SLC! A wonderful private apartment that is a 20-30 minute walk to the downtown area. Looked exactly like the pictures and was so cute and cozy. Would stay again if I'm ever back in town!
