Holiday rentals with a patio in Emmet County

Everything was absolutely amazing. They were flexible, accommodating, and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, just don’t forget to pack a sweatshirt as it gets a bit chillier than we expected at night. Great place to stay and hoping to go back soon!

We had 2 adults and 3 teen girls stay here for just a couple nights to head to Mackinac. It was a pristine clean place. One girl slept on the couch but they did have a trundle bed in the bunk bed room. The directions in the book on the counter varied slightly from the Airbnb instructions. They were very thoughtful to put out a few snacks and waters to. They also put out a coupon for a local restaurant but we didn't get a chance to use it. It was a great touch. It was warm one night we stayed. I wish there was a fan or two to help cool it down. Instead I put the window up in the bedroom but it got noisy from the road. We did find later a window fan that we could have put in but then that would only help one bedroom. It was really close to the boats to Mackinac. It was a little hard to find at first. Maybe a pic of the front would help. In the end, we really enjoyed it and it worked out pretty well for our short stay.

We loved our stay, and would definitely come back! The area is gorgeous, and the apartment is comfortable and the perfect walking distance from so many great places.

The Judd House is a great place to stay. It is extremely well organized, very clean, and the location is great. It's just a short walk to the downtown area of Harbor Springs. Janelle's communication was excellent and she was very easy to work with. Parking was off-street, the front porch was amazing, and the kitchen had the extras that you'd need if staying only for a quick weekend trip, which was what we did! A place I would highly recommend to others. We look forward to a return stay in the future!

My husband and I enjoy our stay at the condo – it was Blissful! The condo is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The views of the lake/swans are beautiful! The condo is clean, very comfortable, well designed, and has everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms! There are many restaurants nearby with breakfast/lunch/dinner options and the Petoskey Winery is worth a visit! We would definitely return!

It was a really beautiful, clean, well appointed apartment. It had great furniture, lots of amenities and a beautiful bathroom. The view from the bedroom window is lovely and it's easy to walk into downtown Petoskey or down to the lakefront. The only drawback is that it's located on a very busy 4-lane street and there is a lot of traffic noise outside and sometimes you can hear it inside. Just be aware of you're super sensitive to noise. Otherwise, it was a great stay, with a great host, and so much to do nearby.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Yvonne’s home during early summer. The condo was very clean, clutter free, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked of ALL supplies (facial and bathroom tissue, detergent, softener, coffee and all the accompaniments, towels, etc.). The location was fantastic, which made it easy for us to enjoy time in Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Cheboygen, and Good Hart. It was off the beaten path, quiet, and very beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pools and hot tub. Yvonne communicated very well and responding quickly to any inquiries we had. She’s a wonderful host with a great home! Do not hesitate to book her home if it’s available!

The only thing wrong with Brielle's place was that our stay was too short! Would love to have stayed another few days! We've been in the area many times for family functions, and this was a great stay for my husband and I, and our adult children's family. Plenty of room, privacy for all the parties, and stocked very well from kitchen items to toiletries and linens. Brielle was so helpful and accommodating! Will definitely keep this spot in mind in the future!

Spacious and comfortable lodge in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive for any questions and requests. Quick access to the area golf courses, ski slopes and lake towns.

We had a great time! The nature preserve across the street is beautiful and everything was accurate about the details. Firewood was easy to get at the corner store close by.

This AirBnB is located just outside of town and is very quiet. The unit is new and very clean. It comes with everything needed to make your own meals. There are 6 tiny homes on the property plus a couple other places so the hosts are highly motivated to make this a nice place to stay. Plenty of parking and a nice grassy area with a fire pit and grill to use. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again on my next visit.

We had a great time! So close to highlands and nubs for skiing. The kids had a great time playing in the yard and creek. The house is adorable and very clean. Fully stocked and really comfortable beds. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Everything was exactly how it was described in the listing! The place was clean and comfy. Bigger than I expected too, which was nice. The bunk bed room was awesome with a lot of fun books and puzzles. Especially loved how it was decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful location with the peaceful water. This is a great location to be to make fun day trips to Petosky and Charlevoix. Only regret was that we had to leave to come home!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Nubs Nob Ski Resort, and it was absolutely perfect for it. The house had ample space for all of us, and most importantly, after a long day of skiing, the beds were comfortable. The amenities were very thoughtful (having not just bathroom hand soap but also hand lotion for the dry winters, for example), and both Alyssa and Blair were extremely quick to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend this place!

Christopher and Ginny are very helpful and friendly host. The place is so clean does not even have a stain on the carpet. The Jacuzzi upstairs is a treat for us. Love the cozy condo. Will definitely go again.

Lauren’s place is exactly as described/pictured! Great location. The condo complex was very quiet and peaceful. There was a little welcome gift there to great us when we arrived. The bed was firm yet comfy. It was only the two of us, so we cannot comment on the sleeper sofa. Kitchen was stocked just enough to do some cooking. The bathroom is amazing. Water pressure was wonderful. Lauren was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Great condo - even brighter, cheerier, and roomier than pictured! Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of linens and beach towels, games, well stocked kitchen.... and the view of the lake is fantastic! There were no neighbors when we were there so it was very quiet. Just minutes to Nub's Nob and the Highlands. Lots of choices for restaurants near by and good grocery store nearby. Host was ultra available and accommodating with lots of instructional / helpful signage throughout the condo, lots of extras!!! Thanks for a great stay! Looking forward to going back!!

Kevin & Karlee’s Condo was perfect, the pictures matched what they posted online. This was the perfect getaway for my Son’s 18th Birthday, so peaceful him and his two friends really enjoyed themselves. They really liked playing the PS5 on the projector in the loft. My Wife and Me enjoyed the master bedroom upstairs. Kudos for the snack packs too. Kevin & Karlee left us 7 snack packs which included trail mix, microwave popcorn the GOOD one, chocolate and a bottle of refreshing water, we really appreciate that because we arrived late and was hungry. There are to many good things to mention but everything they listed is true to life. Thanks Again Guys 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice and cozy place and it was a perfect middle ground between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. This place would be a great spot for summer time activities, but it was exactly what we needed for our ski trip. The bed was a too soft for our liking, but other than that everything was great!

First off lets start by saying we have stayed at a lot of places in Northern Michigan. It is where I am from and come back to visit once a year. Suzanne's place was very clean a spacious. We had 6 people. The location was perfect. It is just 4 miles from my parents. Close to town. We enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and birds in the morning. Such a quiet peaceful location. I would give it a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone. Lots of towels and linens. Everything you would need. We would definitely book this place again.
