Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Emporia

It’s really close to the sports park for my kiddos track meet. It was a cute little place. I would stay here again. The perfect yard for dogs and kids.

I would gladly come again. It was wonderful being in the country, especially the Flint Hills area!

This has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever booked! The home felt personal and private, and the surrounding landscape is beautiful! Madelyn gave us permission to host our very small wedding (12 people) at her home, and it was the perfect place to get ready and share meals with our families. We held the ceremony on a nearby hilltop and it was magical at sunset! There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, with several little picturesque nooks/corners if you need to get away from the crowd. 10/10 would recommend booking :)

The house truly felt like a home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the little things were thought of. My kids enjoyed running in the spacious backyard and challenging each other with the board games provided. The property was very centrally located as advertised. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to all of the places we wanted to explore. I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again!

This was our first glamping experience and it didn’t miss. The Hide Away says it all in its name. You felt like you were in a world of your own in a space full of charming decor and all of the amenities you would need. We highly recommend to those looking to get away to spend time together out in nature. We will definitely be coming back.

This house was perfect for our family. The open kitchen, dining and living room was great for all of us to be able to enjoy our time together. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. Checking in and out was so easy and convenient. Kimberly was great to work with and would definitely recommend her Airbnb again.

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Emma and Chin’s place was great just what we were looking for. We enjoyed visiting our friends in Leavenworth and the Airbnb made the experience even better. Their home is so cute and comfortable perfect for our family! They were so accommodating and responsive to any issue that came up. So many thoughtful details and touches. I am definitely going to stay here again when I come back to Leavenworth!

A must stay location if you’re in the Lawrence area. This is my go to when fishing Clinton or Perry Lake. Such an accommodating place and home owner! See you again in a couple months

The place was beautiful and so relaxing! We had a great time and Dee even gave up a loaf of bread, it was so yummy! This was the first Airbnb I stayed at that literally had everything we needed and more! She was extremely friendly and responsive. Cozy cabin with comfy beds and one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in. Had everything we needed, easy to cook meals in. Melissa was very hospitable and friendly. Good chats.

It is a wonderful, quiet little cabin with plenty of air conditioning to keep it nice and cold inside on some hot, windy Kansas days. The front window over looks a nice little pond with a water feature. I saw some deer in the area in the evening. She provided everything you need for a quiet, comfortable stay. It just a very well laid out cabin in a relaxing atmosphere. It's a great get away and I plan to go back and stay again soon. You are close enough to all the surrounding communities to get all the food and entertainment you need within a 20 minute or less drive but far enough away to avoid all the noise and fast pace of being in town. Come out and enjoy some peace and quiet.

This was our second time visiting Paw Print Cabin for a weekend family getaway, and we hope to return again someday soon. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfy stay: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, games to play as a family. The surrounding land was fun to hike through and explore. Our kids had a lot of fun playing by the creek, and we all had fun on several outings to nearby attractions (Tallgrass Prairie and Chase State Fishing Lake). We'd highly recommend Fur N' Feather's Paw Print Cabin, and look forward to coming back again in the future.

Shereen was very responsive and helpful!! The place looked like the photos. It is a little walk to the lake and you can’t see the lake from the house but it was still beautiful countryside. Very spacious and lots of yard space for games and being outside. Didn’t use the lake front as water was really high and you couldn’t walk out to the dock because of this. Not her fault of course just be aware if you are renting during a rainy time. Lots of sleeping spaces and great kitchen!! Would definitely consider renting again.

Picturesque views. Great place to teach our little girls to kayak for the first time.

If you like outdoors, country living and fishing, it’s the place to be. Kayaks provide and some great fishing, included with a private beach. The location and environment make you feel like you are not in Kansas anymore. Extremely quiet and secluded, only 20 minutes from civilization.
