Carine had a delicate attention for our arrival. She is responsive. The environment is very quiet, very green in a peaceful hamlet in the countryside. That's what we were looking for. The house is cool and it is good to enter when the temperatures reach 30° outside. It is nice to enjoy the garden outside, and to be able to eat there.

We felt very comfortable and welcome here with our 11-year-old son and our Labrador. We all enjoyed the large garden and especially the tranquility to slow down. The house offers everything you need for uncomplicated living and the kitchen also has everything you need. It would be advisable to bring a few groceries with you for the day of arrival and for the first breakfast, because the nearest supermarket is about 12-17 km away. Spices, vinegar and oil, as well as coffee, tea and sugar are available. Toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent are available. Dominique speaks excellent German and was super friendly. We loved this location. Sylvie was friendly and the space matched the description exactly. We only stayed two nights and visited Vezelay. Around June 21, the 9 stepping stones of light can be admired there. Nice to experience that! There was a heat wave and Sylvie's place was nice and cool. Across the street, we could park under cover and there was a garden that we could use. We didn't do that because it was just too hot. Make sure you do some shopping when you come here. The restaurant Sylvie recommended was closed and Vezelay is the nearest place for shopping and food.
