Yeppoon is a beautiful coastal town known for great cafes and many great sights around such as Great Keppel Island, Byfields National Park, Emu Park which has the famous singing ship, Crocodile farm and so much more. The unit is fully equipped for a great time away. you will absolutely love the position.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom unit in the heart of Emu Park. Only a minute walk to the beach and Hotel. Add an extra minute walk and you are in the center of our unique town, with its shop's, cafes, art gallery, museum & RSL monument Relax on your large deck with views of the ocean, or wander across the road for a swim at the patrolled beach. Well behaved dogs are allowed & there is a large enclosed deck, but no garden. Please note we are on a hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Great stay, loved everything. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud 😁 my favorite part... we found it a little hard to navigate in the dark when we first arrived but only because we were running late and got in after dark, in the daytime would be completely fine. We liked the across the road beach access, outdoor space and the beds were super comfortable. Very clean and tastefully decorated. It does have a kitchen with an oven and a microwave. It is a 5 minute drive to town and the AC helped help us cool in the heat wave. Talia was great to deal with and very responsive. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

The place was exactly as discribed, easy walking in to the city which was our requirement and had the river right on the doorstep. Did not know about the croc in the river would have liked to have seen one as this would have added something to the trip so always worth a look.

Kirsty’s apartment was very comfortable and clean. Kirsty certainly has an eye for interior design and providing everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Very convenient location with a short walk to the esplanade. Undercover secure parking was very convenient.
