Really great place the stay if you want to be in the middle of downtown Houston. Close to a ton of restaurants and you’re within walkable distance from the Houston Astros stadium and the convention center. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean and spacious. It was a 10/10 experience and would definitely do it again.

Beautiful home, very clean. Easy check in with exact directions. Neighborhood streets are very tight with minimal parking except in garage. Thanks so much for allowing the use of your beautiful home.

Having a Garage and laundry facility was super helpful . Trent is very responsive. We had a plumbing issue. Trent fixed it at the earliest. Thank you Trent for an enjoyable experience.

We loved the home and it was exactly how it was described. We were there for a convention and it was easy to get to and from the venue. William communicated quickly and even though we didn't need anything, he let us know that he was available any time. We will be back for the same convention next year and will definitely rebook with William.

This was the perfect place for me and my family to stay for a weekend. We had 2 CRVs that fit perfectly in the garage, very helpful on the sizing listed. We were able to walk to a few restaurants which was really nice! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! Very safe and very nice house!

We were grateful that Teddy allowed us to check in early. We were tired and starving after a long, day of travel. Our stay at Homeaway was pleasant. Checking in was easy. The beds were comfy. The kithchen had what we needed to prepare meals. It is really convenient to have large capacity washer and dryer, just like at home. I am glad that we were able to park in the garage. Leaving your car, baking in the sun, can be trying during heat waves with the temperature in the hundreds. The pool, within walking distance, is a delightful amenity. The neighborhood is quiet with kempt lawns and flower beds. The neighbors seem friendly. It is 35 minute drive to downtown and the museum district. It is close to several grocery shops and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Parmaz was an awesome host!!!! Very responsive and accommodating. The space was really clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location felt safe and close to the things that we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Brittany was a very engaged host by having streamline communication processes in place, while being very attentive to any requests from our family and her response time was great. In addition, the home is as described, beautiful, clean and organized. The neighborhood is in a great location and provides a peace of mind while staying in Houston. We had excellent communication with Anil before and after we arrived. Easy to locate the townhome and enter with excellent check-in instructions. The design of the townhome is amazing for couples and families. The location is great and quiet. It was raining so we appreciated the garage. The area is in transition but we felt safe and comfortable at all times. I appreciated the nice touches such as kleenex, makeup towels, bottles of drinking water, and high-tech refrigerator. Good value for price paid.

This midtown condo was as advertised - clean, well stocked and in a great location. Lauren responded quickly to any questions we had and my group really enjoyed our stay.

Me and my 2 young ladies absolutely enjoyed our stay in Houston, the house was perfect for us. And the neighborhood was peaceful. I absolutely loved every thing about our stay!! The condo is beautiful, very spacious with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. This is a prime location for restaurants, and venues. Our Uber rides took less than 7min for pickup, everything was within 5 miles. Charlotte’s hospitality is by far the best!! I appreciate how attentive she was during our stay and making my day special ☺️ Don’t hesitate or cheat yourself this is the place to stay when visiting Houston, I definitely will return 10/10

I’m not sure how popular this particular house is, but it should be a premier house to stay in when visiting Houston! It’s close to everything! And the hosts were very easy to work with!

Our stay at this townhouse was fantastic! The place is very spacious, clean and comfortable. My favorite part of staying here was how close it is to Memorial Park. I walked my dog there every day and it was perfect for us. Carina responds very quickly to questions and is very helpful. If you are looking for a spacious place with great access to Memorial Park and close to all Houston has to offer, look no further.

Wonderful stay at Lakeasha’s townhome! The location was easy to get to. Very comfortable and spacious home that I highly recommend - anything you need is right at your fingertips so we felt at ease. We felt very safe.

The hosts were very helpful and responsive, there was a binder with restaurants and check out instructions, also the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet! The house looked just like the pictures and was pretty clean! Thank you Vera and Summer for a great place to stay!
