You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Casa Rural Enguera

A house located in the old town of Enguera, near the Church, a relevant monument of the 17th century, listed as a cultural interest. The 120 square meter house is spread over two floors. Distributed by direct entrance to the large dining room with a beautiful iron fireplace to give warmth, openly connected to a large covered patio, a rural-style kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, it has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the other with two twin beds.

Located in the middle of the Riu Nou Natural Area and on the riverbank. Casa Riu Nou offers a quiet space of 120 m² distributed over 2 floors with a patio and a terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, kitchen, toilet and access to the patio. The first floor has a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. Surroundings: Picnic area, barbecue, paella, children's play area and bathing area in the river.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the town's old part. It is a third floor with southeast orientation. It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. The main jewel is its terrace, where you can enjoy wonderful moments, overlooking the mountains of Aitana and Aixortà, and in the background the peak of Bernia and the sea. We hope you love it.
