We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

The place is very relaxing—it's the perfect stay when you're in Siquijor. It gives a sense of peace and calm that's hard to find elsewhere. Waking up right in front of the beach was truly amazing—no words can express how happy we were during our stay. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly, which made our experience even better. There are a few things that could be improved, such as having a generator, since power outages happen frequently. It would also be great to add a bidet in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Our stay was nothing short of excellent. First, Kuya Kent was very warm, friendly, and very much like a “kuya” to us. He was very helpful and proactive, caring for us throughout our stay. He gave recommendations, always checking up on us, and ensuring we’re comfortable. Second, we felt right at home the moment we entered the property. It’s perfect for two, and has all the amenities we needed, actually even more. You can see the thoughtfulness put into preparing the home — even providing earplugs for our comfort but we honestly did not need it because the environment was peaceful. We enjoyed our stay a lot that we’re looking forward to booking again :) The location was perfect for us, it’s not in the poblacion area but near and accessible. It’s even near a port where we can watch the sunset. We absolutely love everything and if there’s one thing we want to change…there’s none. Thank you so much, Kuya Kent for sharing your home with us. Beautiful place with peaceful and wide open surroundings. Chris was very communicative and Ruth the caretaker was super helpful. Great place for large groups.
