Apartment holiday rentals in Enskede-Årsta-Vantör

It's a little far from the central station, but There are many trains, so there is no major inconvenience in getting around. There's a big motel next door, so it's not hard to find. The room was so clean and easy to use I used a nearby coop grocery store to eat. I am satisfied

On arrival, we found Albin's apartment to be very clean and fresh and true to the Airbnb description. The neighbourhood is pleasant and there are supermarkets, a Systembolaget and a metro station only about 1 km away. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay here. Our only concern was that the toilet is quite cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for a taller person.

Sofia is a perfect host and her flat is spot less. Definatelly would recomment for a couple or family of 3. Close to the train station and there are few restaurants with in a walking distance. Lot of green around.

Marlin’s place has an excellent location, being close to station and conference hall. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious and has everything we need. The neighbourhood is vey quiet and we have a peaceful stay. Moreover, she is very kind and helpful, we are not aware that there is no hair dryer on listing and has asked her again, she has offered to bring a new one to us the next day. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Small simple apartment and friendly host. Ideal location for the conference hall and easy access to the train station.

Everything was great with Håkan's service from pre-booking to check-out. Practicality was key to enjoying the apartment and its surroundings.

Very well located apartment, just as it is in the photo! The host is very responsive and responds very quickly, always attentive! On the way out, we were delayed and he was a little rude! I paid for the Delay and resolved! But in general everything was very good

The area was quiet and easily accessible, which contributed to a pleasant overall experience. Great place to stay in a wonderful part of Stockholm. Uzi was a great host, easy to communicate with, and full of good recommendations to enjoy the best of Södermalm. The Coop next door was very convenient, and the apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and would gladly stay again!

The apartment is super cozy. I feel like home. The bed is a little too soft for me but comfortable. The location is perfect, very closed to everything. It can be a little noisy on Friday night (between 9-11 pm) but you should expect it as it is located in such a popular area. The rest of the other nights stay was so peaceful. Alice was very flexible and allowed me to check in early, at 3pm. Unfortunately, the communication on the checking-in day was poor as the code I needed to access the entrance door did not arrive on time as agreed. After that, the communication was perfect, no problems at all.

Had a great stay. Easy to communicate with Amina and the location was perfect for a peaceful weekend break in the big city.

We had a wonderful time in Stockholm! After the daily sightseeing program, then quickly to the quiet suburb with subway and bus, good transport links. Relaxed end to the day in a nice area by the lake. Thomas even picked us up from the train at check-in and showed us how and where the subway goes, the bus stops and shopping, explained everything super. The apartment was perfectly furnished with everything you need, very nice Nordic simple and functional, very spacious, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Kitchen with everything sufficiently equipped. The contact with Thomas and Madeleine was very warm, never intrusive and always courteous. We had a perfect vacation (in wonderful summer weather) and thank the two very much for their hospitality. We would come back anytime!

Guven’s suite was the perfect stay. It’s in a gorgeous, quiet and safe area. Easily walking distance to Gamla Stan, as well as other places to eat/drink in the sodermalm area. Tons of public transit also nearby. The suite itself feels luxurious, and was cleaned spotless. The bed is amazingggg. Guven is a very responsive host, lovely, and was graciously flexible with my check in time. I would not hesitate to recommend my closest friends and family to stay here, I would happily book again in a heartbeat!

Massimiliano´s apartment is really nice. Very clean, with excellent space for a family of 4, it would probably be also good for a bigger family. It is very well located, just 2 min from the metro station and there are many restaurants and shopping close by. There is also a nice park very close to the apartment that are nice for kids. Everything went extremely well and I would recommend the apartment for other families that are coming to visit or work in Stockholm.

Very cosy and nice apartament. Owner was Very friendly. Beautifull neighbourhood, only few steps away from park and promenade and restaurants! Even wild rabbits are living in backyard! 😀

Comfortable apartment located in a suburb of Stockholm, very quiet and beautiful, of small houses with landscaped areas and parks. Metro very close. Supermarket approaching and open until late. Very nice host; quick to answer our questions. Apartment picked up but suitable for a family. There were 5 of us and it was great. If we go back to Stockholm we would not hesitate to choose Moa's place

Steffi has a fantastic appartement within walking distance of Kungsholmen neighbourhood. Checking in went spotless, apartment was well arranged, with nice touches to make us feel right at home. She had a well equipped kitchen which meant for us we were able to do quite a bit of home cooking. I also worked from the appartement for the week, for which it had sufficient space. We brought out dog and have to say this neighborhood is fastanstic for it, plenty of paths and nature right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone coming to Stockholm and getting a feel for local life there. Thanks Steffi for hosting us. Can't thank you enough 👏🏻🔥

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!
