The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Walking distance to Älvsjö International Fairs. Lovely surroundings, 5 min from the Älvsjö forest which is a nature reserve with fireplaces, trails, workout spaces. 10 minute walk to Älvsjö torg with shops, restaurant, cafés and the commuter train that will take you to Stockholm city in 9 minutes.
