Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor. 10 min from Aix-les-Bains and 30 min from Annecy, close to Semnoz, Féclaz, Revard ski resorts 30 min. It is completely refurbished. A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Family home renovated in 2017. With friends and family, we simply enjoy the scenery, outdoor life, practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gourmet activities outside... Be careful of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping ground, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in small children or people with limited mobility.

A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.

200 meters from Lake Annecy, ideal location to enjoy water activities or nearby beaches. 100 meters from the bike path, leave your car for a more natural mode of transport and visit the lakefront by bike, Annecy is only 16 km away (bikes lent for free). Close to the apartment are many hiking trails with more or less elevation gain. The apartment is located in a small condominium of three apartments, one of which we occupy.

You can walk by the lake in 5 minutes and enjoy a nice setting. Knowing the surroundings very well, I could advise you on the many opportunities for walks and "good" plans . I'm always available .
