very nice cottage with a view of Mont Blanc. We had a great, relaxing and quiet vacation. Possibility to take walks at the Col du Cliergeon just above.

Our stay went extremely well thanks to Melissa as well as her professionalism and speed in responding to us. The accommodation was really well located with a beautiful view, no worries about it and was clean, better than in the photos. A big thank you to you for making our stay even better :)

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Charming French country home. A distance from Old Annecy, but still walkable (20 minutes). Thoughtful amenities, including plenty of bikes for a family! Very warm host (welcome apple pie) and helpful with suggestions about local restaurants and cafés. All in all, a rather amazing stay!

we had a nice stay at Cathy's place, very clean with all the essentials to have a nice stay. very good communication with Cathy. just a small downside for the bedding that could be more comfortable.

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We spent 4 beautiful nights in the accommodation offered by Guillaume. Impeccable welcome, Guillaume is extremely kind and considerate!! Visit the apartment together and explanations. Regarding the accommodation, it's really great! Warm, tastefully furnished. We didn't miss anything, absolutely nothing! Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

A great experience, Fabrice had everything ready for us. My parents spent two unforgettable days on this small farm. The supermarket is close by, and it's more convenient if you have a car — we finally opted for the taxi. I would recommend this lovely little spot to anyone!
