Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Small Quiet House in a friendly village neig/hood

Our little hideaway is located in Paradisi village walking distance from the main terminal. The square is a 5' walk away where you can find most cafés, pharmacies, supermarkets, tavernas, and a bus stop to Rhodes town (15 km) or the beautiful butterfly valley (10km). The beach is a 30' walk away or 5' by car. The traditional village neighborhood is away from traffic and tourism and has free and secure parking. It is ideal if you're looking for a peaceful Greek experience in the perfect location!

This was our second stay in Livadi House. The accommodation was very nice, comfortable and homely. It was well located for beaches and restaurants although not in the centre of Theologos. The use of the facilities at the Alkmini Hotel was a bonus and Marietta was a lovely host.

Well, Miranda's place is like back in time. It's like you just discovered that you have a long lost cousin that have this house that is never changed for the last 150 years. A gorgeous old style house, exactly like your grandmother left it to you... You can't describe enough the house, the photos doesn't make justice at all. Then you find that your lost cousin is Miranda, a person that is hard to find these days. I don't have words to describe how perfect she is as a host. Not just a host. A friend.

We really enjoyed our three-day stay at Mari's accommodation! Psinthos is a small town about 15 minutes by car from the coast. In contrast to the otherwise very touristy east coast, in Psinthos you have the feeling of being authentically in Greece. The village population is very nice and the prices and quality in the bars on the village square speak for themselves. The accommodation was very clean and ideal for two people. The kitchen is well equipped and on the terrace in front of the house, alternatively on the village square, you can relax in the evenings. Our stay coincided with the Pentecost, which was celebrated in Psinthos with a big party in the village - an absolute highlight! Communication with Maria was also very straightforward! We highly recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to experience and enjoy the real Rhodes away from the hustle and bustle! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a great stay at Theo's wonderful house. The house was spacious and with great amenities. The cleaning was top notch. The pool area was delicious and invited for relaxation. We were excited about the size of the pool, but it was a good size with plenty of room for three playful children as well as parents. Theo was an exceptionally good host, who, among other things, offered to drive us to the car rental at the airport, where we had to pick up our rental car the day after arrival. He even came by with local specialties, which tasted great. All in all, we can highly recommend a stay with Theo in his lovely house.

The place is perfect! Very clean, functional, spacious and with a beautiful roof top terrace! It is about ten minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the old town of Rhodes. Eleni is a very friendly and responsive host, she is happy to answer any questions we may have.

The villa is just stunning! From its architecture, to the views, to the rooms and of course its one of a kind terace and pool. Every detail is carefully choosen and there went a lot of thoughts into decoration. The pictures are not enough to describe its 10/10! Tasos himself was the best host we‘ve ever had. Very helpful, from the beginning until the very last day of our stay. Everything was just easy. For sure will visit again!
