This charming 20 m2 studio, renovated in 2022, is located in the village of Gertwiller, a few meters from the gingerbread museums (Fortwenger and LIPS), as well as the vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, formerly housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free street parking (no parking space reserved for the studio in the residence)

This rental is located in the center of Alsace, in a wine village, near the Wine Route. Many tourist and cultural sites are close and easy to access. Large cities like Strasbourg in the north or Colmar in the south are 30 km away. This furnished apartment is on the second floor of an old farm building, the entrance of which opens onto an inner courtyard.
