Very good location , middle distance from all spots with beautiful garden and incredible views.The house was very clean , comfortable and fully equipped with all the essentials , perfect for a holiday ! Thanks very much Ioannis! Our stay at the stone home in Episkopeio was perfect. Everything was as pictured, and the home was extremely clean, peaceful and comfortable. The views from up above Episkopeio were breathtaking--very private, it was a great place to enjoy the sight of Ermopoulis and the surrounding countryside with beautiful winding drives into town. Ioannis was very friendly and accommodating and very much contributed to our lovely stay in Syros, where we will be sure to return!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay on your wonderful farm. The setting was beautiful and the views to the sea as the sun set were truly magnificent. We loved the isolated, quiet, peace and the simplicity of the accommodation. We had plenty of hot water and the the property is self suffecient in electricity which was great on one night when the whole island had a power cut. Kostas was very helpful and informative on the first day, showing us all he has achieved in just a few short years and he checked in with us a couple of times during the week but was respectful of the fact we were on holiday. We would recommend ear plugs as the cockerels start crowing very early and at night there is the sound of the large wind turbines on the opposite hill. We enjoyed the hikes to the deserted beaches and although many restaurants were closed as it was early in the season we found Plakostroto served great food with amazing views of the sunset. Absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous apartment in a perfect spot - 10minute walk from the port and 10minute walk from the old town. Right above a little shop (not noisy at all) so able to get all the necessary essentially easily. The host was always friendly and recommended some great places, they were easily contactable and the checkin process was simple! Would love to visit again ♥️

It was my 4th or 5th time on Syros, and it was the perfect accommodation. Great location, cosy atmosphere, etc.

Our stay in this accommodation was unforgettable! The location is unique, the view over the entire area to the surrounding islands is unparalleled. We marveled at the sunrise every day and after a very short walk you're also in a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Carol is the greatest host we've ever had. She went out of her way to provide us with helpful information even on our previous stop (Athens) and accompanied us to the house to show us the way. We would recommend renting an "off-road" car as the way up is really steep and narrow. I have never found it so hard to leave an accommodation. We truly loved everything about it and it was perfect with two little kids. Thanks so much, Carol! We'll be back for sure!

Small but very convenient detached house, perfectly covered the needs of four adults. 10 minutes from the central square but with steps. The owner very helpful, with direct communication and tips for the island

Where to start - this was one of the most beautiful and welcoming Airbnb places and experiences I’ve had. Efi is honestly THE MOST delightful, warm, generous and hospitable host and person, a true gem, and made us feel instantly at home, and like she was family. She and her husband met us and welcomed us on arrival, and had home cooked treats, which was so generous and such a life saver after a late ferry arrival. The house is just as fabulous as Efi - From the beautiful views over Ermoupolis, the large and lovely patio shaded by trees to sit under, and the internal spaces, which felt homely but exceptional and special at the same time. She has a great eye for style and the house is filled with beautiful objects and so well curated, that it felt like a treat to be in the space surrounded by beautiful things. Was so sad to leave - both saying goodbye to Efi, and the beautiful house. I am still dreaming of that view, & can’t wait to visit again. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend it!
