AMAZING! fantastic host, responsive, polite and hospitable. House had everything we needed including delicious coffee and cold water. A spotless and well and beautifully designed home. 2 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Bel endroit calme avec une vue magnifique sur les collines. Maison spacieuse et bien rangée. Super hôtes très réactifs. Si vous en avez assez de la ville et que vous cherchez de la tranquillité, c’est ici qu’il faut venir :)

The best and most accommodating host I have ever met. Super friendly and responsive. Nickos arranged an impressive private boat tour, which was the most memorable experience during our stay in Zakynthos. The villa was great. Clean, good style and has everything needed. The view to the sea was partly interrupted by an unfinished construction nearby. This might be the only downside of this villa. The private beach is shared by three villas and it was not a problem for us. We do recommend water shoes to move in the water. We snorkeled a lot and had great fun there. Lovely experience overall. Hopefully I can be back one day!

Kostas Unterkunft liegt einfach perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Olympia. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Uns hat es besonders gut gefallen, dass direkt an der Unterkunft zwei super Restaurants sind und man - obwohl ruhig gelegen - nur eine Straße von der Hauptstraße entfernt ist. So konnte man abends gut etwas bummeln gehen, nachdem die Bustouristen weg waren. Kostas hat uns persönlich begrüßt, einen Parkplatz zugewiesen und ist super freundlich. Er gibt gute Tipps für Erkundungen bzw. kann wissenswerte griechische Geschichte erzählen. Das hat uns einen Guide an der Ausgrabungsstätte erspart. Außerdem ist das Parken an der Straße selbst mit Gepäck im Auto super sicher. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Danke Kostas!

The villa exceeded our expectations. The view is gorgeous, even prettier than on the photos. The pool was perfect, temperature was just right and you can enjoy the view from the edges. The villa is very aesthetic, inside and out. The rooms and kitchen were clean and the housekeeper came once in the 6 days that we were there to change the sheets and clean. Contact with the hospitality manager was great. If we needed anything he and the hotel down the road were available, they also helped with our yacht rental. The facilities in the villa are modern and work well (airconditioning was great). In the kitchen we found some fruits, bread, water and coffee supplies. We felt very welcomed and do recommend this stay for everyone! Take a boat trip or 2, the west side of Zakynthos is beautiful!

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

I love my stay at this location. The owner was very friendly and always ready to help. The house was everything we could've asked for during our stay.

Αν θέλεις μια υπέροχη εμπειρία σύνδεσης με τη φύση τότε το Chalet αυτό είναι ακριβώς ό,τι ψάχνεις! Μπροστά μας άνοιγε μια απίστευτη θέα προς τα καταπράσινα βουνά και τα τοπία των Καλαβρύτων, προσφέροντας μια απόλυτη αίσθηση ηρεμίας. Το σπίτι, ένας μεγάλος ξύλινος παράδεισος, είναι άψογα διαμορφωμένο και ενσωματωμένο στο φυσικό τοπίο, δίνοντας τη θαλπωρή και την άνεση που θα μπορούσε να ζητήσει κανείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης, Κος Θανάσης, είναι γλυκύτατος, ευχάριστος και πάντα εξυπηρετικός, έτοιμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του ήταν ζεστή και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο απολαυστική. Πρέπει να σημειώσουμε, ότι επειδή το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς στη καρδιά του βουνού, ο δρόμος μέχρι να προσεγγίσετε το σπίτι για μερικά λεπτά είναι χωματόδρομος και χρειάζεται ιδιαίτερη προσοχή.
