A gem of a place, and a gem of a host. Top notch all around. Will be my go-to in Notting Hill.

Lo que más nos gustó ha sido a ubicación de la casa, en plena campiña inglesa. Sitio muy tranquilo y de maravillosa naturaleza. La casa era acogedora. Suzanne ha sido muy amable y muy comunicativa.

We stayed for 1 night to attend Royal Ascot, we found it to be a very good location. Although at the side of Louise’s house was still private. Place was spacious and clean. Welcoming touches such as milk in the fridge. Would recommend.

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely faultless experience. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture. Big TV, well equipped kitchen. Loaf of bread, milk, butter and jams provided and even a box of After Eights. Sadly I had brought everything as I didn’t expect these to be provided but a lovely touch. Off street parking in a quiet sleepy village. Can highly recommend.

All good; apart from us forgetting about the ‘hidden ‘ drawer’ which houses the cutlery! Might be worth putting an indicator to this for idiots like me who had completely forgotten about it despite having been there before.

Torie’s garden guesthouse was a lovely stay in Coggeshall! Perfect to have a place to land while exploring the area and would be a great spot if you’re in town for a wedding or otherwise. We enjoyed the brightness and spaciousness of the house + overall cleanliness very much! The bed was lush and the interior design was much to our liking.

Three night stay. easy to find with off street parking provided. A cosy property in a quiet but accessible area. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds Walking distance to the local village pub which serves food at weekends. Good transport links. Fives mins off the M11. We took the train into Cambridge both days 15 mins by car - 35 mins to walk to the station. There is a bus service (to local park and ride) that stops outside the property, or you can drive there in ten mjns. We liked the quiet garden patio area especially with the recent sunny weather. Fiona iprovided us with milk, tea and coffee, The kitchenette is compact and good for preparing light meals. Fiona responded to all messages promptly, she is on hand for advice if needed but also respectful of guests privacy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family

Wir sind sehr froh, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Die Lage war für unsere Anreise mit dem Zug optimal und trotz der Lage an der vielbefahrenen Straße, hört man in der Wohnung nichts davon. Der Schlafbereich hat uns nochmal positiv überrascht - auf den Bildern sieht man gar nicht wie schön groß der Raum ist. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Had another great stay at Jules & Greg's Secret Hideaway, place spotless & some new decor this time. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the summer too. They are great hosts & so friendly, including Bear! Thank you for having us once again.

Had such a lovely few days break away from the craziness of life. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nyree was available throughout our stay. She had given us instructions on how to get there as its slightly hidden away which is what we wanted. We booked a lunch meal (recommended by Nyree to us) at the Henny Swan , thats just down the road. which is a must do. Its not far from Sudbury which is a lovely little town, found some nice walks too. Have to add that i have fallen in love with the kettle 🤣, game changer for Tea/Coffee lovers

It was a peaceful stay . The best highlight is back garden area .

The Annexe is an absolute gem. The main house next door to the Annexe is absolutely stunning and so are the gardens around it. Jo and her family are so friendly (and we adored meeting their friendly and well behaved dogs). The Annexe itself was extremely comfortable, stylised designed, and had everything you’d need (with some very generous treats). You honestly couldn’t ask for more. This is AirBnb at its best. Thank you Jo.

We stayed at Gabrielle's converted barn a few weeks ago and in a word... amazing. The venue was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the cottage and utilised the field one of the evenings. Gabrielle's husband (never got his name!) was helpful and gave directions to some places in the locality as well as being very happy to show us the field connecting to the garden. A small mention of their kids who were fantastically mannered! If there was one complaint... it would be that this venue is undersold! The green space and reservoirs are beautiful. It's truly a gem and we will be hoping to stay again soon!!!

Janet’s place was great. Really comfortable and had everything you could need. It was very well designed and thought out, perfectly clean and really cosy. I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

What a beautiful cottage - we really enjoyed our stay here and in such a peaceful little village . We were left a wonderful welcome pack with fresh bread, marmalade and butter- which was greatly appreciated. I messaged Erica about some local tourist advice and she responded straight away . Would highly recommend . Thank you

Perfect overnight stop- Chloe was a very welcoming and responsive host - even though a last minute booking, late at night the apartment was all prepared and ready for us. Arrived in the dark but clear instructions made it very easy. Loved the private, secure parking and the quiet residential location. Can highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The annexe was a welcoming, comfortable and quiet place to spend a few days, we would definitely come back again. Coton is away from the busy centre of Cambridge but close enough to seem really close! Thanks Karen for a lovely stay.

The pictures were accurate, however, the kitchen seemed larger once there. They left eggs, bread, butter, jam etc, milk, tea and coffee which was great. There were plenty of t-towels and kitchen cloths. The bathroom had a hand towel and holder by the sink, a hook on the back of the bathroom door and plenty of shelves and cupboard space. Sounds fussy but most places don't think of them. There's a tv in the lounge and bedroom. A lovely separate patio was at the end of the bungalow and wasn't overlooked. It was only about 15 mins walk to shops and 3 Inns. Angie and Steve have a lovely private bungalow to stay in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here. They have a beautiful black labrador too.

The accommodation was very comfortable. It was very quite and I had a good nights sleep. Lots of nice personal touches around the rooms. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

While looking for Airbnb's in Flitwick, UK, it stood out for her description of property and the photos, along with the location, for our visiting friends. We did not have a car and Sally's was very walkable to their home and grocery. We felt very safe and very at home during our week stay. Anything you would possibly want/need, Sally had already provided. Comfortable beds, outside patio, beautiful flower garden and extremely pleasant hosts. If in the area again, would definitely go back. Thank you for a pleasant experience
