Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

Beautiful 1-room apartment

Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Relax in Kraichgau

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Families are very welcome! Hot tub use is possible for an additional energy charge of €10 per day and must be announced in advance to heat it up. 11 kW wallbox

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. Quiet 50 sqm basement apartment for rent in a beautiful and quiet residential area. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide bed. Parking is available. In 100 meters there is a bus stop to get to the center quickly. It's about a 15-minute walk. A rental bike is available. The beautiful Kraichgau begins 350 meters away. The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close enough.
