I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

We had a lovely stay at Coombeswell Cottage. The descent to the vally is adventurous at first, but you get used to it quickly. It only underlines the charm and countryside feel of the place. Secluded in a valley next to the Devil's Punchbowl, Coombeswell Cottage has it all: peace and quiet, lovely views, walks and hikes nearby, and the charming town of Haslemere a stone's throw away. The house itself is cosy and packed with books, antiques and curiosities. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after a day's walk. To top it all, the easy train connection to London makes Haslemere ideal for country stays combined with a city trip to Britain's capital. A must-do!

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Mark’s home is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s also in a great spot, just down the road from the train station and a nice pub, and the house is a short Uber to Epsom Downs. Definitely recommend.

Such an an absolute pleasure. It was in a superb location, very quiet and beautiful. The house had everything in it and it was immaculate. There was a lounge, separate dining room, fully dotted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with a brand new shower and curtains. The bathroom had everything in there. The towels were white and fluffy. The bedsheets were beautiful and smelt so fresh. Amazing gardens as well. I’m not a confident driver so I didn’t attempt to put car in the driveway. Great communication and it was instant. We even had a message to say we’ve left something in the property, so we were able to get it on our way home to Wales. I will hundred per cent stop here again in the future. Such a refreshing change to stay at a property which was described exactly, how it was. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Richmond Retreat. It was just what we needed for our few days away. It would have been helpful to have a second shower as there were 9 of us staying, but we knew from the online details that the house only had 1, so I’m not complaining! We would definitely go again. Michael and Lara were very helpful and friendly.

I book multiple Airbnbs every week for our teams on site and this is hands down the best Airbnb we have ever booked. Tia is the most amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure the guys were comfortable and not inconvenienced by a small issue caused by previous guests. The guys said it was the nicest Airbnb they have stayed in and if we are ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking!

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. House was what we needed for our week long holiday. 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs fit in nicely, plenty of food delivery options and about 15 minutes walking distance of Chessington North train station. The driveway to the house provided difficult to park in as our vehicle could not clear the slight peak in the driveway/sidewalk which caused us to park on the street instead of the advertised private parking. All in all, the house fit our needs to have a great stay and holiday.

Linda is a great host. She responds to messages quickly and her home is clean, comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. The property is great. A home away from home. The property had equipment for babies and toddlers which meant I didn’t have to travel with lots of stuff. Linda checked we were happy and was available if we needed support. It came across that she really cared about our stay.
