"L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance of the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surfing) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holiday or weekend... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.
