By the beach and in the heart of Ericeira village, a beautiful house that fits until 6 adult people distributed in one room with two individual beds (or with a double bed for a couple) and with one Living Room with a Sofa bed for a couple, there is also available a basement of 55 m2 with window that have two individual beds and another living room. This charming bungalow is 1 km from the famous Guincho Beach in Areia. The House is the perfect place to relax. It is equipped with cable TV, wi-fi, stove, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, kettle and a microwave. It also has an outdoor shower. It is ideal for one person or a couple. The hosts live next door, which is a great advantage as they are always present to help with whatever the guests need. If you are planning to come to Cascais, this is where you must stay.

Located 3.5 km from the village of Sobral de Monte Agraço, Encosta do Almargem offers a 1-bedroom villa for 4 people and a Studio for 3 people, both private in a family and quiet space 500 meters from the Church of Santo Quintino (built in Manueline style from 1520 and classified as a National Monument). Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.
