This apartment is 16 km from Chartres and only a few kilometers from the highway exit. We offer an independent apartment comprising a bedroom area with a 160 cm bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, there is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is no partition between the bedroom and living room. This room is completely renovated. Please note that the pool is only open from June to September 7.

The house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, has a private shaded outdoor garden, in which vehicle parking is possible. The village center is a 3-minute drive and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Access via a pedestrian walkway provides direct access to the pond and the nautical center.
