What a fantastic house and breathtaking views! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spacious, nice bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terraces with good seating and a large swimming pool. And from all rooms you can enjoy the view. Communication with the host was enjoyable and quick.

Our stay at Cris’ beautiful bnb was really magical. If you are looking for somewhere tranquil but in a perfect location on the island to explore the beaches, restaurants and bars then this really is the place for you. The breakfasts by the pool and the pine trees looking to the sea in the horizon are something really special! Will definitely be coming back.

We had a fantastic week in this fantastic house. Even the communication with Patricia beforehand as well as the check-in by Tim on site were super and totally nice. We were warmly welcomed and provided with lots of tips for the vacation. The house is just stunning. It is beautifully and very tastefully decorated and it simply lacks nothing. It completely corresponds to the description. The location of the house is simply indescribable. You have a great view of the sea from everywhere and can enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening from the pool terrace or the large balcony in front of the master bedroom. The surroundings around the house are absolutely quiet and you can quickly reach the island's prettiest beaches. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

All pre arrival communication and information was excellent The villa is in great location - just situated to be not far away from Anything on the southern part of Ibiza We felt right at home when entering and the place had an added bonus at the rear of the grounds with a view of the valley and a great place to enjoy a sunrise coffee We look forward to coming back in the future All communication during was great and check out was simple. We had a very nice time at this Airbnb! It was very modern, clean and as on the pictures described. The hosts were very welcoming and got back to any inquiries very fast. However it was not clearly stated in the description that one bedroom is in an extra building, this would have been nice to know! Altogether we had an amazing experience :)

I don't usually leave reviews but Hans' house is absolutely fabulous. The house is located close to the posh village of San Josep, inside a private estate with 24hrs security. The house is on a hillside that looks onto a beautiful bay. The house has everything you need including air con and Netflix. We specially loved the master suite at first floor, accessible from the outside, which meant our teenage kids stayed downstairs with their friends in what felt like a separate house. We had our own private terrace and fridge, a busy parent's dream. The pool is perfect and has its own terrace surrounded by the garden. Hans and his concierge Miguel were super helpful and friendly and made us feel right at home. Thank you again for everything, we'll be back!
