Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The house is located in the heart of Mandø. In the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park. Cozy decor with older antique furniture, as well as own ceramics and soap. The house has an amazing light, as well as direct access to its own terrace in the apple garden where the view is magnificent. In the house you can find tranquility, get nature up close, and enjoy the sight of all the beautiful birds that are resting on Mandø. At the house are bicycles that can be borrowed. There's a small grocery store on Mandø. There is no charge for electricity and heating.

Rural idyll in quiet surroundings

There's plenty of space inside and out. Large private enclosed garden, common room with room for games and activities. Lovely surroundings close to mountain bike track and hiking trails in Stensbæk Plantage (2 km). For families with children, we recommend visiting the Riplay playground in Ribe. It's new, big, nice and quite free! The location is rural with 13 km to Ribe, 37 km to Rømø, and 70 km to Legoland. There is a smart TV/Chromecast. Likewise, electricity charger for the car. Incl. bed linen and towels. Welcome. Enjoy the serenity !!

Enjoy a Fanø Mini Holiday with sea viewfor 2 people. Here is your own kitchen and bathroom in a beautiful setting in this newly decorated mini holiday home 50 meters from the water. The location is also very close to the ferry, so you don't actually need to bring a car to the island. Bring the bike instead (it's free) or rent a bike on Fanø. Terrace with possibility of sun all day. Price includes consumption of water, heating and electricity. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs DKK 400.

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). Little House a cosy place.

Slap af i denne frit liggende fredfyldte bolig, med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Fint mindre hus med 2 separate værelser, fuldt køkken, vaskerum, badeværelse og privat parkering. Ugenert plads med bord/ stole til rådighed udenfor ( fællesgrund med ejer) . Vi ligger 5 min. fra strand, havnebad sportsfaciliteter , skov og dyrepark- 10 min. fra Fanøfærge og 30 min. kørsel til Vesterhavet/ Blåvand. Gode buslinier til centrum og indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand.
