I just want to say how safe we felt not just because the building has multiple security doors but how consistent he was communicating with us and any problem we had. The apartment had a good enough room. Kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 bed rooms and pull out couch. The area was very welcoming and safe.

The hotel is 10 min. walk from metro station Bus Station (Otogar). The room fully corresponds to the description - there is a fridge, electric kettle, hairdryer and safe. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It is convenient to get here by metro from any airport. The only thing that can create a difficulty, if you have a heavy suitcase is the pedestrian crossing over the road on the way from the bus station, you will need to climb (and then go down) on 44 steps. In this case, it is better to take a taxi. You can walk to the metro without luggage. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks English, check-in and check-out is very quick and at any time of the day, which is very convenient.

Amazing place to stay with view especially, taj suits was very helpful with every step getting me to the residency. Plenty of transportation around the area, great food court around the corner. Very recommended stay!

First of all, this is a case of 'what I ordered is exactly what I got.' The apartment is extremely close to the metro and bus stations. It’s very neat, well-furnished, and peaceful — definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it. When next I’m in Istanbul, I’ll definitely rebook this apartment. The host was also very nice.
