We are a VERY scenic 35 minutes to Wintergreen, all the wineries, breweries, distilleries and orchards in the region and great hiking trails! We are far enough outside of the cities of Charlottesville and Scottsville to provide peace and quiet, but just a scenic 20 minute drive to Scottsville and 40 minutes to Charlottesville.

Within walking distance are four restaurants and a brewery. A grocery store and other restaurants also a short drive away. A nature area with trails is also nearby. Walk to the lake, hiking trails, the river, brewery & restaurants. It's about 20 miles from UVA in Charlottesville and from Yogaville & only a short drive to several wineries in the area. The covered front porch has a patio set for 4 to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks.
