Beachfront holiday rentals in Espinho

La casa es pequeña, pero está muy bien aprovechada y todo estaba muy limpio. Igual o mejor que en las fotos. Está ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa, lo cual es ideal. Las camas son muy cómodas y permiten un buen descanso. La cocina, aunque compacta, está totalmente equipada, y además cuenta con muchos utensilios. Dispone también de varios útiles como plancha, secador, ventilador... Lo que buscas y necesitas, lo encuentras. La decoración le da un toque único y acogedor. Rui fue siempre atento y muy amable. ¡Muy recomendable!

We loved staying here. It had a brilliant view of Porto and we were able to walk there easily (on either the high or low bridge) as well as around the local area and to the river and restaurants and Port cellars there. The apartment is spacious and really well appointed with a very comfortable sofa and a throw to keep you warm. The main bed was super comfortable- a rare find. The apartment was nestled right in the Roman arches with a road above us and one below. Being a lighter sleeper I closed the back windows and used the fan for air movement and to block out road noises. This compromise was worth it for the view!! Diana was a great host, responding quickly to questions and providing weather forecasts. We highly recommend Porto and this apartment

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Super ausgestattete und kinderfreundliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Raquel ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns persönlich in Empfang genommen hat und gut erreichbar war. Sie hat uns außerdem unterstützt als wir ein Problem mit unserem Mietwagen hatten. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die tolle Dachterrasse und die Nähe zum Strand. Gerne wieder :)

Margo is an excellent host and extremely attentive to our needs. The home was immaculate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Je recommande +++++ ce logement. Il est bien situé : à proximité de la mer et à environ 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Porto. J’ai choisi ce logement pour fêter mon anniversaire avec 12 amies : nous avons été toutes sous le charme de ce maison. Chacune avec son espace pour dormir. Rui, l’hôte est adorable et aux petits soins.

Eine herrliche Wohnung im modernen Haus, mit einer super schönen Einrichtung. Sehr stilvoll mit portugiesischen Charme eingerichtet! Alles top und sauber! Beste Lage, 1 Minute zum Strand, zum Kiosk, zum Bäcker und zu mehreren Restaurants mit günstigen aber super Speisen, wo sogar Polizisten während ihrer Pause essen gehen! Zum Bahnhof 10min., nach Porto ca. 35min. Zu Lidl auch nur ca. 10min. "Ruhige“ Lage aber mitten unter den Einheimischen, die Fischer sorgen für den restlichen authentischen Flair! Wir kommen wieder!

Tudo correspondeu às expectativas, um espaço acolhedor com uma boa localização a dois passos da praia e do centro de Espinho. O senhor Vitor sempre disponível e muito simpático. A nossa estadia foi ótima.

Super schöne Unterkunft direkt in den Dünen. Man kann das Meer sehen und ist in nur wenigen Schritten am Strand. Auf den Holzstegen, die direkt hinterm Haus sind, kann man ganz toll die Küste entlang spazieren. Tolle Restaurants und Strandbars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Anbindung nach Porto ist super. Mit dem Uber nur 15 min und es gibt auch eine Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und es gab alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns sogar extra einen Babystuhl und eine babybadewanne für unsere kleine Tochter vorbeigebracht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und es gab reichlich Platz zum Entfalten. Das Ambiente ist eher zweckmäßig und nicht besonders heimelig aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man ist dort privat untergebracht, aber auch anonym. Kontakte knüpfen wird man dort eher nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine wäscht gut. Der WLAN Router befindet sich in der Unterkunft und das Internet ist schnell. Besonders gut fand ich die große Schiebewand mit der man den Wohnbereich gut vor Sonne schützen kann. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Strand, wobei die Gastronomie in der Umgebung wenig Anwechslung bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 15-20 min erreichbar. Man hat ja schließlich Urlaub und reichlich Zeit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war ihr Geld absolut wert. Vielen Dank

Zona sossegada com dunas e mar à vista, uma ótima cama e um ótimo chuveiro, foram elementos fundamentais da nossa experiência neste apartamento. O mais desagradável foi a comunicação com o responsáveis do alojamento: todas as pessoas com quem troquei mensagens foram gentis e diligentes a responder mas o facto de nos remeterem para um site a pedir mais dados e mais procedimentos (além daqueles previstos aqui no Airbnb) deixou-me irritado e frustrado. Neste processo de troca de mensagens tive de fazer o que considero um esforço desproporcional para uma simples reserva. A bem dos próximos hóspedes, espero que possam melhorar na simplificação do processo! Agradeço a flexibilidade e amabilidade que tiveram no check-in e no check-out!

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The property was spacious with 2sets of balconies for either sun or shade all day.We loved the fact that they met us and provided a lovely welcome pack and told us about lots of great places to visit locally and in Porto itself and would recommend to others

Liliana was absolutely lovely. You can clearly see that she loves being a host. We arrived after midnight but she welcomed us personally. She also prepared a great light dinner - highly recommend it, everything was delicious. The place was great for our group of 6, we had everything we needed to feel like at home. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is located near the beach, you can actually hear the ocean if you open the windows. A holiday that we will definitely remember & we really have to thank Liliana for it. She made sure we have everything we need, was always super responsive and even took the time to come say goodbye when we left. We highly recommend this accommodation and Liliana as a host, you will feel like you just arrived at a friend's place. Thank you for eberything, Liliana, we will definitely be back!

La casetta è deliziosa, arredata con stile “vero e sincero” direi, e con questo intendo che non scimmiotta il gusto del momento, ma ha uno stile raffinato e “suo”. Abbiamo molto apprezzato i due radiatori elettrici le le trapunte in più perché il meteo è stato più fresco del previsto, ma in casa si stava benissimo. Armadio enorme e cucina attrezzata con detersivi sia per lavastoviglie che per lavatrice, gran comodità. Flessibilità nel check out. Tutto benissimo.

There were three of us women friends going to start the Camino Walk. It was the best experience. Philip let us check in early as we had a red eye from Toronto. Paula met us early and helped us check in. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect for us. So clean and do equipped. From the beautiful towels to the plates to the beach chairs. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. ! Location location!

We had a great time in Porto! The appartment is right next to the beach and just 10 minutes by car away from the city center. We were very glad about all the equipment in the appartment like herbs, oil etc in the kitchen, cremes, lotions, showergel etc in the bathroom, many tovels in general, bags for shopping, some stuff for the beach and much more. The check in was flexible and Maria was so lovely. She showed us some maps about Porto and told us about some events. She also left some sweets for us. Everything was clean, TV and Wifi worked perfectly. Probably my next vacation will be in another country to explore to world, but I highly recommend this appartment to my family, friends and all of you.

The place has beautiful personalized decoration, very comfortable, spectacular dinner table chairs :) The only thing, for people who have “problems climbing stairs”, you a have everything you need (bedroom, complete wc, kitchen, etc.) downstairs, but the best terrace with a sea spectacular sea view, along with 2 other bedrooms, is on the second floor.. The 5 star host Tiago, was always available. Surely recommend!

This apartment is spectacular!! It has the feel of a luxury San Francisco penthouse apartment. We could listen to the waves at night. Multiple restaurants are within a 2 block area! While It's not technically IN Porto, it's a very inexpensive Uber ride away...and we saw a lot of the city that way without having to walk! The platform bed setup as one solid bed was a bit challenging for an older couple, but overall, the apartment made it worth the challenge! We'd definitely stay there again!
