Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Espinho

We have been spent several trips in this lovely house. More than 2 months staying which is very comfortable for us. Manuel was always trying to help if there was any needs from us. Very quiet place, safe neighborhood, not far from downtown if u drive.

Simplesmente fantástico! Tivemos uma estadia incrível na casa do Rui e da Marisa. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo, bem cuidado e com uma decoração cheia de bom gosto e atenção aos detalhes. Sentimo-nos em casa desde o primeiro momento. Adorámos o jacuzzi e, claro, o espaço da fogueira, que tornou as noites ainda mais especiais. Foi tudo pensado para proporcionar conforto e momentos memoráveis. Nota-se o carinho com que tudo foi preparado! Recomendamos a 100% e esperamos voltar no futuro. Um verdadeiro pedaço de paraíso! 🌿✨ Desde o primeiro momento, sentimo-nos acolhidos como se estivéssemos em casa — mas com o encanto de um refúgio paradisíaco. O Diogo foi um anfitrião exemplar: sempre disponível, atencioso e genuinamente preocupado com o nosso bem-estar. A sua simpatia tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. O espaço é simplesmente deslumbrante, perfeito para descansar a mente e recarregar a alma. E como se não bastasse a natureza envolvente e a tranquilidade do lugar, tivemos visitas encantadoras: uns gatinhos adoráveis que apareceram de forma inesperada e conquistaram imediatamente os nossos corações. Foram uma mais-valia doce e carinhosa, que deu ainda mais vida à nossa estadia. Recomendamos de olhos fechados — e com o coração cheio.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Josué. Le logement correspond exactement à la description et est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, la piscine, l’accueil et l’assistance des parents de Josue et, tout particulièrement lors de la panne d’électricité qui a touché la zone pendant plus de 8 heures ! Grâce au BBQ, les restaurants restant fermés faute d’électricité, nous avons pu faire des grillades et nourrir notre famille de 10 personnes…nos petits-enfants ont eux aussi bien apprécié la présence sympathique du poney, des chèvres et du cochon dans les enclos du jardin. Nous recommandons ce logement bien sympa.

Fernando stond altijd voor ons klaar, maar liet ons ook heel prive, het huis was fijn, slaapkamers prima, en een hele fijne tuin. in de ochtend waren er verse broodjes, en het huis was goed voorzien. Wij voelden ons heel welkom en hadden een goede week.

het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. in de omgeving zijn veel eet gelegenheden een bakker om de hoek.

We really enjoyed staying in Sousas apartment. Nice and clean. Big bedroom and bathroom with a super nice shower. Everything was new and the elevator right into the apartment was a nice feature. We liked the neighbourhood with supercool restaurants close by and most sights in easy walking distance. Thank you for hosting us.

Très beau logement dans un quartier tranquille à distance de marche du pont Dom Luis et de la ville de Porto. Tout était conforme à la description et la communication adéquate avec l'hôte.

Nunos home was just perfect for a week in Porto. We loved the patio and the architectural details. There is a supermarket and a nice bakery down the street. Nuno was so nice, helpful and just a perfect host. Thanks Nuno, we’ll come back :)

Great place to stay and having three complete private bedrooms is highly beneficial when traveling with family. We hope to return for a longer trip in the future to soak in the sun and visit the Douro Valley. Very accessible location.

Felt like living in the middle of Porto. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Nice apartment and very at home feel. We were there when Portugal won euro finals so very noisy from the bars outside, but thats to be expected! Lovely apartment

O apartamento é lindo, vista linda, bem decorado, limpo, com todos utensílios domésticos, roupas de cama impecáveis, valeu muito a pena nos hospedarmos lá.

We stayed for more than a week at Manuela's place and had a great time. Manuela and her son Daniel were very welcoming from the check-in till then end of the stay (thanks for the delicious port wine!). The house is better than the pictures - cozy living room, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and lovely garden ... with a hot tub! Porto old city is 20mins drive, Aveiro is 40mins and Douro Valley is around 1.20mins from the place. There is a lovely restaurant by the river around 500mts away. Steep down and uphill walk but amazing views and very good traditional Portugese food. Good to have own transport (you can park inside or on the street) but there is a bus stop just few feet away from the house (we didn't use it as we had our own car). Overall a lovely stay. Thanks Manuela and Daniel for hosting us!

Really great apartment and location. Absolutely beautiful. Quiet and huge garden with a really nice pool. The garden is well maintained and fruit and vegetables are growing. Owners are friendly and really helpful. The apartment and kitchen are well equipped and really clean. Would definitely recommend this place and would return.

Super logement, je recommande! La localisation est géniale, le logement est face à la mer, l’environnement est calme et pour ceux qui le souhaitent il y a des restaurants à proximité. La ville de Porto est facilement accessible. Nous étions 4 adultes et 1 enfant, nous avons trouvé la maison spacieuse , belle et bien équipée. Rodrigo a été super sympa et réactif. Merci pour tout.

Wow - this place was gorgeous. All the rooms are well-sized and it had everything we needed. The hosts were all very responsive and helpful. The villa is so close to the metro and a supermarket which is great but also its really quiet. Ubers are also cheap/reasonable in Porto so it’s easy to get around. The location was great, clean and I loved how many glasses/dishes there were! Could not have asked for more so thank you very much. If you stay here, you are guaranteed to have a fantastic time :) x

I can’t thank Manu enough for her friendliness, hospitality and kindness. She is one of the nicest hosts I have been fortunate to meet. She helped us throughout our stay and was always available for advice and support. The accommodation itself is wonderfully spacious, secure and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It was a good base to explore Porto and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend. Many thanks 😊.

Daniel and Katrina are already good friends. They are good people, easy to communicate and very helpful. They were impeccable in welcoming my family into their home. I highly recommend them!

This place is beautiful, with amazing breakfast of eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, and lots of other treats. It was a real highlight at a time flexible to you. The gardens and surrounds are stunning as well as the pool & terrace. We stayed as a group of 10 mid 40s ladies and had a fab time.. just not long enough. The breakfast staff were lovely. The rooms with all their ensuite bathrooms were brilliant and the sound insulation was impressive. The host was also very informative and responsive. Don't hesitate just book it!
