The stay in Elaine's apartment and in Baixio was amazing! Extremely organized apartment and condominium, with everything that was needed to have an excellent stay. We felt at home! Elaine was an excellent host, gave clear instructions and was available to answer our questions with great kindness. Besides, Baixio is a spectacle in itself! Quiet location to arrive, very calm and organized beach, kind and polite people and the agency extremely organized with incredible tours. I highly recommend it! The only risk is not wanting to go home! We were delighted!

The place of Mr. Francisco is spectacular! A charming rustic style, with antique but well-maintained furniture. The main highlight goes to the cleanliness: everything very clean and fragrant. I initially brought bedding as a precaution, but I was surprised – impeccable and perfumed sheets and towels. The atmosphere is extremely nice and the location, perfect! A few meters from a beautiful beach, with natural pools and the meeting of the river with the sea – a simply stunning look. I also had the opportunity to visit the Cachoeira dos Índios, a fantastic place to connect with nature. In addition, Mr. Francisco is very attentive, always responding quickly to messages and ready to resolve any issue. Simply fantastic hosting! We are all delighted with the experience. If you want to stay in Subaúma, in a rustic, clean house near the beach and with great cost-benefit, no doubt that's the right choice!

My family and I spent wonderful days at Ivan's house. I always request, I quickly responded to all our requests and questions. Condominium with a 10 note infrastructure, 24-hour security, exclusive access to the stunning beach of Baixio. Highly recommend and we will be back very soon.

Very airy house, quiet street, receptive neighbors. Upon arriving in the environment everything was impeccable, all very organized and clean. Alda and Lucimara were excellent hosts, with accurate and very attentive information with us. For sure would return again!
