Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Robin’s Nest! We used both beds and the futon up in the loft and all three were comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and then some when it came to our way around the kitchen and even device chargers we could use. We have stayed in three separate locations on our trip and Robin’s Nest was by far the best stay and best price we came across. If I ever have the opportunity to come to Fairbanks again, I know exactly where I will be staying again!

We had a wonderful weekend using this properties, a homebase to experience Denali and the Chena Hot Springs area. The outdoor sauna was an added bonus, but the views were absolutely incredible and well worth the time to spend the weekend in Fairbanks.

I cannot say enough good things about this hangar home and the hosts!! 10 minutes from the airport, convenient access to everything we wanted to do, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the curtains let us sleep well in the light. There are the planes that take off and land outside, but it was never a bother or very early or late. Most of all, Ruth and Johanna were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. (And their binder of local recommendations was fantastic…we tried out several and loved them all!). I hope to come back and stay longer.
