We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

Our fam of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful beachy spring break thanks to Steve and Abbe's fabulous home. We've stayed on the canals before so knew to expect a neighborhood feel, fishing access on the canal from our lawn, walkable to restaurants and ice cream spots, and a quick drive over to publix. It's an easy walk to Bonita Beach and easy drive to several other beaches within 10min along the coast for a change of scenery. With so much to do (kayaks, brought our own fishing poles, mini golf nearby, and of course beach), we didn't spend tons of downtime in the house - but it is a PERFECT home base for a rest between beach stints. Kitchen and cookware great for making meals and grilling at home, lots of space to set up a laptop or read a book, screened porch for lounging, comfy beds, and pristine bathrooms with great water pressure. Overall a perfect landing spot for our beach holiday and we look forward to coming back next year!

The family spent a weekend and had a lot of fun. Beautiful house and the host Hang was extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely coming back in the future.

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Loved the updated furniture, kitchen and spacious layout. Our grandkids visited and had so much fun in the pool and visiting nearby attractions. The location was perfect for our family providing both peace and convenience. Also loved seeing dolphins in the canal and the burrowing owls of course!

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with our family. Our grandchildren had a great time with all the toys for the pool and beach. We were 3 couples with 2 little kids and had plenty of space. It was a short drive to restaurants. We did day trips to Sanibel and Naples and even had time to visit the outlets. All were less than an hour away. Our hosts responded to questions in a timely manner. They made sure to have plenty of items available to use for our beach days. The wagon and tent were a plus since it was pretty hot.

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

This was our second stay at this house. Just like the first time we really enjoyed our stay. The area is a great location and has lots of amenities. The home is very peaceful, clean and modern.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do whatever they wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together for meals, which is a big deal for our family. The house had everything we needed! The host was quick and very responsive if we had any questions. Would totally come back to stay at this house again!

This was our second stay at this location, and it was great again! We did have a couple of issues when we first got there, but they were resolved quickly and all of the maintenance staff that came were so kind and polite. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Place was perfect for our family and on a gulf access canal where we rented a boat and traveled to sanibel and lover key. Located close to everything. Nice neighbors as well

We stayed at this amazing vacation home that exceeded all of our expectations! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beautiful heated pool, and hot tub perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Dock for fishing and setting. Plus, we were just a short drive from some of the best restaurants in the area, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a fantastic getaway!

The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, with a great layout and spacious common area. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit Tom und Rachel, die wir in eurem Haus verbringen konnten! Es war nach 3 Wochen roadtripp einfach toll bei euch anzukommen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und vor allem den Pool so sehr genossen. Für meine Mutter war es ein Traum! Sie wollte eigentlich die Euer Haus die ganze Woche nicht mehr verlassen. Wir waren aber doch froh uns für die Poolheizung entschieden zu haben. Auch mit eurer Idee bezüglich der Poolabdeckeng! Es war herrlich und alles wie beschrieben. Wir wünschen Euch auch weiterhin sehr zufriedene Gäste. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch…. Bitte sagt den anderen Mietern, dass die Feuermelder sehr sensibel sind. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr erschrocken, als plötzlich 3 Männer von der Feuerwehr am Haus waren. Dankeschön und herzliche Grüße aus Berlin!!!!!

We loved it! Stayed with another family and was a perfect set up with two levels. Clean and fresh home. Enjoyed the living space and top level deck immensely!

Absolutely beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell the host puts a ton of care and thought into this place, had everything you could need and more. We caught mangrove snappers, catfish and blue claw crabs right off the dock out back. Would definitely recommend, thank you for everything William.
