Uusi No.37 is a 137-year-old farmhouse with a large bread oven in the heart of the house. Renovated in spring 2022. The washing facility is located in a unique outdoor bathroom and the toilet is located outside the house. We don't have a TV, but we have board games, a projector for movie nights, a piano, and lots of books. And we have time. A lot of time to really be with important people 🖤 Nearby are beautiful sandy beaches, bog lakes, Padise monastery and visitor center and Rummu quarry. Surrounded by rich mushroom and berry forests.

A sauna house in a peaceful location, right in the heart of Muhu Island, just 1 km from the center of Liiva. Where there is a grocery store, a market, places to eat, etc. The sauna house has everything you need for a pleasant vacation or a business trip. In addition, we also offer breakfast and dinner. A large playground and a trampoline for children. Unlimited use of the sauna is included in the price. It is possible to use the hot tub for an additional fee. Your booking includes three buildings, with beds for nine in two of them. The manor dates from 1906. Beside the natural swimming pool stands the White Swan, a glass pavilion with the estate's best kitchen and a pizza oven. The Black Swan spa house sits over its own pond. Beyond: a lake with an island, three sandy beaches, 1.7 km of trails.

Uncle Tom's hut is a nice log house in the middle of the greenery of Karula National Park. (Part of the farm complex.) The house has two wide floor beds on the 2nd floor and a bed for one on the 1st floor. In addition to the kitchenette in the house, it is possible to use a large outdoor kitchen in the courtyard of the farm, an outdoor shower, a fireplace and a grill.
