Paradise place... This is my 2nd stay in this apartment and I always look out with my eyes full of stars.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, enclosed parking and 100 m from the beach... I recommend it!

The property is an excellent starting point for discovering Sète. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is close, about a 5-minute walk. The city center is further away, but you can get there by bus. Just make sure that it does not run too often and the last one starts around 8 pm. But otherwise, it's a pleasant walk from the apartment to the center. The apartment is in a very tidy house. Clean and comfortable. Didier is a great host. Although he does not speak English, he is very helpful and flexible. We had a great time.

A big thank you to Natalie and her husband who were great hosts...very kind and pleasant to the little care. I come back from my stay in great shape because everything was great, the studio, the terrace where it is good to live to eat and all the amenities nearby...the beach, the restaurants, the tobacco, the bakery, the small grocery store with its super good fruits and the small carrefour express in case of need. The bus at the bottom of the residence that takes you everywhere. Everything is great for being quiet. I will come back anyway... go without hesitation, perfect for a solo person or a couple. I loved my stay.🙏🤞😉

We were extremely well received for our stay in Marseillan by Gaelle's mother! A bouquet of roses on the table, and cold drinks available. Comfort and cleanliness for this studio, as well as a very large flexibility for arrival and departure. i wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

Very welcoming host, beautiful little apartment, very complete. Too bad for the gray and rainy weather, but no one can do anything about it. We still had a lovely stay.

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Thierry is a very nice host and his home is in a secure and particularly quiet residence. The 3-week stay for my spa treatment went very well because there is nothing missing in this comfortable studio with its beautiful terrace and a 10-minute walk to beautiful beaches in the form of coves. I recommend it for any stay in the beautiful city of Sète where there are many places to visit or things to do. Dominique

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

Perfect! Great support and great tips for a perfect holiday. The apartment was nice, the decor really cozy and beautiful. It felt like I had come home and I got a really warm welcome. I was told about the area and given great recommendations. I had a perfect holiday❤️

Probably the best Airbnb we've booked, very faithful to the photos, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Very close to the sea, the air conditioning is a real plus, which feels good after a day at the beach. We will come again!!!

A very nice apartment, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The terrace is really nice. It is located in a very cute small residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches, the port. Meze is a very nice little village. We had a lovely stay and we will remember this place. Thank you for the warm welcome and availability. We are delighted!

a nicely renovated appartment with a well functioning aircondition. The flexible arrival time was great. The location is in a good walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much.

This is our second time in this accommodation and nothing to complain about. Very clean and functional accommodation. The big plus is the pool and close to the city center. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.

Everything was perfect, view and destination beautiful. Clean home tidy. The fridge made a little noise that bothered me a little to fall asleep, apart from that impeccable. Thank you
